好疏肝湯
(合掌瓜金針豬腱湯)
材料:
合掌瓜2個
金針2兩
木耳2兩
陳皮2塊
豬腱300克
處理:
1. 金針、木耳及陳皮,滾水浸20分鐘。
2. 豬腱,清水洗乾淨,擎乾水。
3. 合掌瓜,去皮,1開4,去核。
4. 合掌瓜,洗淨,放入煲。
5. 豬腱,洗淨,切細舊,放入煲。
6. 木耳,洗淨,放入煲。
7. 金針,洗淨,放入煲。
8. 陳皮,浸軟後,去囊,洗乾淨,放入煲。
9. 加入水1.2升。
烹調:
1. 大火煲滾。
2. 滾起後,轉中慢火,煲1小時。
3. 煲好,完成,可享用。
Chayote and pork shank soup with dried lily bud
Ingredients:
Chayote 2 Nos.
Dried lily bud 2 taels
Black fungus 2 taels
Dried orange peel 2 pcs
Pork shank 300g
Prepararion:
1. Dried lily bud, black fungus and dried orange peel, soak in boiled~up water for 20 minutes.
2. Pork shank, rinse with tap water. Hang dry.
3. Chayote, get it peeled. Divide each one into 4 shares. Remove seeds.
4. Chayote, get it rinsed. Put into pot.
5. Pork shank, get it rinsed. Dice in small cubes. Put into pot.
6. Black fungus, get it rinsed. Put into pot.
7. Dried lily bud, get it rinsed. Put into pot.
8. Dried orange peel, soak until it turns soft, get it rinsed, put into pot.
9. Add water 1.2L.
Steps:
1. Heat up at high flame.
2. Turn to medium~low flame after boils up. Boil for 1 hour.
3. Finish. Complete. Serve.
