Crispy, fragrant oat cookies with cocoa, cinnamon, and dried fruits – completely sugar-free and flour-free! Natural sweetness from dried fruits, rich chocolate flavor. Recipe for cooking and ingredients: For the cookies: • 1½ cups rolled oats (140 g / 4.9 oz) → grind into flour • 3 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder (30 g / 1 oz) • 1½ tbsp stevia (or your favorite sweetener) • ½ tsp baking powder • 1 tsp cinnamon • Pinch of salt • ¼ cup dried cranberries (30 g / 1 oz) – soak 15 min • ¼ cup raisins (30 g / 1 oz) – soak 15 min • 4 tbsp coconut oil (60 ml) – melted • 1 egg For the tea: • Half an apple (cut into pieces) • 1 tbsp dried figs • 2 tbsp vitamin or green tea • Boiling water (steep 4–6 minutes) Baking: • Baking sheet with parchment • 180°C (360°F) — 10–13 minutes Instructions 1. Grind oats in a blender into flour. 2. Mix oat flour + cocoa + stevia + baking powder + cinnamon + salt. 3. Melt coconut oil, add egg, whisk. 4. Combine dry and wet ingredients. 5. Drain soaked dried fruits, add to the dough. 6. Shape cookies and place on parchment. 7. Bake at 180°C for 10–13 minutes. 8. Tea: o Add apple + figs + tea to teapot. o Pour boiling water, steep 4–6 minutes. 9.
